How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the 'My Account' screen. The order tracking table will list the status of your order.

What if my order is not displayed on 'My Account' screen?

The 'My Account' screen displays the 10 most recent orders. Select the 'Complete History' button to see all of your orders with MedixCorp.com.

When will my backorder arrive?

You can check the status of your backorder on the order tracking table on the 'My Account' screen.

If you have checked the status of your order, then contact us if you still have questions or comments regarding the status of your order.

How do I cancel my order/item?
|

Your order or item from an order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, then contact us so that we can cancel your order.
