What are my payment choices?
|
MedixCorp.com currently accepts only Visa and MasterCard through our secure web site.
We're sorry, but MedixCorp.com does not accept any other payment card type at this time.
If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact us to arrange alternate payment.
Please be aware that this may delay delivery of your order.
MedixCorp.com contract accounts can purchase items by Purchase Order upon verification of credit. To establish a contract with us,
please contact us by phone or email.

How do I add a payment method?
|
|
You can add a payment method through your 'Payment Information' screen. On the 'Payment Information' screen, select the 'Add a Payment Method' link. This will take you to the 'Edit Payment Information' screen, where you can type in the information associated with the payment method that you want to add.
After you type all of the information for this new payment method, press the 'Submit' button. If all of the required information was entered correctly, then you will be returned to your 'Payment Information' screen and see the new payment method listed on the table.

Can I pay by Purchase Order (P.O.)?
|

www.MedixCorp.com does accept Purchase Orders (PO's) from our contract customers.
In order to become a contract customer, you must contact us and fill out a credit application.
Once you have been setup as a contract customer you will be eligible for special pricing and ordering by PO.

When will my credit card be charged?
|
|
Your credit card will not be charged until your items have shipped.
|

When will my credit appear on my account?
|
|
You can check the status of your credit request on the 'Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Status' page.
Once your RMA has been marked Approved, it can take 30-60 days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
|
|
As Medix currently maintains a physical presence in California, only our California customers are required to pay sales tax.
|

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice?
|
|
On the 'My Account' screen, you can view your order history and select the order from which you need a copy of your receipt/invoice.
