How do I add an address?
|
|
You can add an address through your 'Shipping Address Information' screen. On the 'Shipping Address Information' screen, select the 'Add an Address' link. This will take you to the 'Edit Shipping Address' screen, where you can type in the information associated with the shipping address that you want to add.

What are my delivery options?
|
|
During the order placement process, you will be able to select the method for delivery for that order. The shipping options for MedixCorp.com products include: One day shipping, Two day shipping, Standard Shipping, and Rush Overnight.

How do I return my product?
|
If you have a problem with your order and need to return any products purchased from MedixCorp.com, you must first request a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' or RMA.
An RMA can be requested from the 'My Account' page, in the 'Order History' section. Simply click on the 'return' button for
the order you have a problem with and follow the instructions for requesting an RMA.
Medix generally accepts items for return within 60 days of purchase. Items returned within the first 15 days will receive a full refund.
Any items returned following 15 days, but less then 60 will be eligible for Medix credit only.
Please note that not all products can be returned. Medix must comply with state and federal regulations governing the safe use and sale of
medical and laboratory products that can preclude our accepting some returns. For example, we can not except the return of any reagents.
Once you have requested an RMA, we will issue you an RMA Authorization number and provide further instruction for shipping the product back to us.

How much is my shipping?
|

MedixCorp.com will do its utmost to minimize shipping and handling charges of items that you order. Shipping charges are based on the quantity, weight, and characteristics of your order. Particularly heavy items or hazardous materials may be subject to an additional charge.

How will my order be confirmed?
|
|
After you place an order, you will receive both an order confirmation e-mail which restates the details of the order that you placed and a shipping confirmation e-mail which informs you when the products from an order have shipped.

When will my order ship?
|
|
On each product page is listed approximate ship time for a product. If you order multiple products that have various ship times, then MedixCorp.com will attempt to ship all of the items together at the same time or ship the items separately as they become available.

What is the MedixCorp.com return policy?
|
|
Medix generally allows returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that some items can not be returned due to state and federal regulations. These items generally fall into (but are not limited to) consumables and reagents. If you have a problem with any MedixCorp.com item, please contact us or request an RMA on-line and we will provide you with further instruction.
