On-Line Ordering
The fastest and easiest way to place an order is through this website, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering is simple: Search or browse for the items you need, add them to your shopping cart, and checkout. You do not have to be a registered user in order to place an order with us. Just fill out your contact information, add a credit card, and you are ready to go. We do not share your personal information with any marketers or sell your e-mail address. We don't like it when this happens to us and we won't do this to you! Your credit card information is protected by strong 256 bit SSL encryption provided by Comodo Security, so you can be sure your information is safe.
Registered users with a Medix corporate account who have been approved for Net 30 terms, have the option to place an order using Purchase Orders. If you prefer to place an order by purchase order and would like to set up an account with us, please fill out this application and fax it back to us at (818) 654-9292 or e-mail it to CustomerService@MedixCorp.com and a customer service representative will contact you.
Return Policy
Medix proudly stands by the quality of our products. Most of our items can be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price (some restrictions may apply). Some laboratory items can contain extremely perishable materials such as live organisms, or cells. We are sorry, but perishable or dated items cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned item, unless broken or damaged and a replacement is requested. Any returned product is to be shipped with the carrier of the customer's choice, and at the customer's expense. Refunds or credits will be issues once the item(s) are received by Medix. All products to be returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) in order to be processed for credit, exchange, or refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt of your returned product(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed. Medix highly recommends that you return products via insured carrier (UPS and FedEx will automatically insure your package for up to $100), as we cannot be responsible for items that have arrived damaged into our warehouse or have been lost in transit.
